Cancellation Policy
Six (6) hour notice is required for cancellation of booked appointments. Cancellation done within the 6 hour will attract a charge of 10% of the service fee. Cancellation done outside of the 6 hour will attract a charge of 50% of the service fee. Rescheduling will not attract any charges.
